Tokyo-based metal artist Isiliel has announced the release of her latest single, titled “Angel Eyes” (rendered in Japanese as “天使の瞳” or “Tenshi no Hitomi”). The track, which arrived on 13 October 2026, marks the first collaborative effort for the project, featuring the Los Angeles-based metal outfit Kronowski.

Mixed by Matias Kupiainen

Technical production for the single was handled by Stratovarius guitarist Matias Kupiainen, who provided the mix for the track. This release continues the project’s history of international collaboration, following previous work with Norwegian composer Nicholay Hovland and producer Fredrik Nordström.

Himari Tsukishiro, Born 1998

Isiliel is the solo metal project of vocalist Himari Tsukishiro, who formed the project in Tokyo in 2022 and has handled vocals since that year. Born in 1998, she was formerly a member of Bakuon Dolls Syndrome and Necronomidol before launching her solo work. She is also known as a Japanese idol.

From NECRONOMIDOL to Anime Expo

Known for blending elements of symphonic and power metal with diverse influences, the project has maintained a consistent output of singles and full-length albums, including the 2025 release “Moonbow Rebellion”. Tsukishiro, formerly of the group Necronomidol, has established Isiliel as a prominent act within the Japanese metal scene, performing internationally at events such as Anime Expo and Hyper Japan. The single is currently available on major streaming platforms including Apple Music and YouTube Music.
